Meet Vicki Funseth, CCIM
Vicki has been active in the real estate industry for over 30 years in a wide range of roles - from appraising and assessing to site and multi-family development, property management, and commercial brokerage. Her depth of experience gives her clients a unique advantage: a comprehensive understanding of every stage of a real estate project.
Today, as the Owner and Broker of Fun Investments LLC, Vicki specializes in investment sales, leasing, tenant and buyer representation, land acquisition and disposition, build-to-suit projects, and consulting.
Recognized for her professionalism and integrity, Vicki focuses on achieving mutually beneficial, win-win outcomes and believes that every transaction should strengthen long-term relationships. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has held Broker licenses in both Wisconsin and Florida.
Vicki also served on several boards over the years and as the President of the CCIM Wisconsin Chapter in 2020 and 2021, reflecting her leadership and ongoing commitment to advancing the profession.
